‘Can we cut our skin in the same way that we cut our cloth?’
Using film and sculpture, BodyCloth compares the perspectives of the human body of both a plastic surgeon and artist working in textiles - blurring the boundaries between the materials, tools and techniques of each respective craft and questioning where body ends and clothing begins.
This project was commissioned by The Wellcome Trust as part of the Skin exhibition.
